What an adventure. We were staying nearby in Bhaktapur and then found this restaurant first by the street sign, intrigued, we then entered the courtyard gate and made a reservation. We had a tasting menu experience on the final night of our trip in Nepal. The attentive service begins at the door and continues with the introduction of each dish and ingredient, which showcases tradition and seasonality from across the regions of Nepal. Our menu took us on a journey from Dolpa to Terai, and himalaya to Kathmandu valley. We were very inspired by the vision of this team, and would recommend to all visitors staying in Kathmandu or Bhaktapur - don't miss this!

I was privileged to have dinner at Tusa Dining during there soft opening. What an experience, these guys are so talented, the food is goosebumps good. The ingredients are all sources within Nepal and they have elevated and created some out of this world dishes. The decor, the interior, the chairs, the tables, the fabric used, the plates are all sourced locally and exquisitely put together. This place could be a Michelin restaurant. Everyone coming to Nepal should experience Tusa Dining for the best of Nepal

The chef-owners have done a spectacular job with Tusa Dining. The ambiance is warm and comfortable, and the staff provides wonderful summaries of each course of the evening. Most importantly, the menu exquisitely showcases the many facets of Nepali cuisine. Every course is meticulously prepared and elegantly presented, and the evening evolves at a leisurely pace that allowed time to fully appreciate the creations brought to our table.

The ambiance was perfect, offering a serene and welcoming environment that complemented the charm of Bhaktapur. The chefs and staff were exceptional—warm, attentive, and truly accommodating to our large party. The food was incredible, showcasing authentic flavors and impeccable presentation that left everyone impressed.
