Reservation Policy

We recommend making your reservation at least 24 hours in advance so we can prepare the best possible experience for you. To confirm your booking, a 50% advance payment is required. Our dining experience is NRs 7,500 per person, including VAT. If you’d like to enjoy wine with your meal, the experience would be NRs 12,000 per person. BYO Policy: To maintain the quality and ambiance we offer, we kindly note that bringing outside beverages is not permitted.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. For cancellations made within 12 hours of the reservation, a 25% cancellation charge will apply. If you wish to reschedule, we’ll be happy to assist, subject to seat availability.

Entry Fees

Please note that an entry fee of NPR 1,800 is required for international visitors to access the nearby UNESCO World Heritage Sites. This fee directly contributes to the preservation and care of these treasured historical landmarks.

Tusa Nepal serves a tasting menu of seasonal ingredients from the Himal, Pahad and Terai regions.

Dining Times

• Lunch: 12:30 PM to 2:30 PM
• Winter dinner: 5:30 PM to 7:30 PM
• Summer timings may vary, please contact the restaurant for current hours.

The Tasting Experience

• The 7-course menu takes about 1.5 hours for lunch or dinner.
• Arriving on time lets you engage with the team and learn about each dish.
• The menu is not fixed. It changes with seasonal availability and the chef's creativity.

Chef's Table

• Up to 8 guests can sit at the Chef's Table for a more intimate experience.
• Seating is first come, first seated.

Dress Code

• Smart casual attire is requested.
• Slippers are not permitted.

For Kids

No separate menu is offered for children under 6. Parents may bring food for their children or share from their own tasting menu.

Pets & Smoking

• Pets cannot be accommodated.
• Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the premises, including between courses.
